Vision and Mission

Become the leading laboratory in the field of laboratory testing of food, water and general use items in the region, applying the principles of sustainable development, efficient use of resources and introduction of new working methods and technologies. By developing new methods, digitalising our business operations and applying new technologies in our work we want to provide our clients with the best possible service in the shortest possible time.

Policies

The SAMPLE CONTROL laboratory for microbiological and physico-chemical testing bases its work on quality in all its processes, reliable test results and client satisfaction in accordance with the determinants of sustainable development.

Laboratory services are maintained at a high level of quality according to the following determinants:

  • Conducting tests in accordance with established, standardised and validated methods

  • Ensuring the excellence of test results

  • Ensuring measurement accuracy of tests

  • Satisfying client demands, from sampling to issuing test results, as well as ensuring data confidentiality

  • Not participating in activities that could reduce trust in expertise, impartiality and consistency in work

  • Continuous supervision of the process of corporate social responsibility with the achievement of equality of all employees and respect for social rights

The Management ensures the quality of laboratory services as follows:

  • They determine the context of the organisation and of interested internal and external parties and their requirements, which they indirectly include in the management system

  • They use risk assessment tools when planning and implementing activities and making decisions

  • They ensure the recruitment of competent personnel in addition to continuous training and raising personnel awareness about the importance of compliance with the Policy and the prescribed procedures and work assignments

  • They provide the necessary infrastructure - equipment and work spaces that allow for a way of working that will not adversely affect the quality and results of the tests

  • They work with approved, high-quality suppliers of equipment and consumables

  • They continually implement measures for improvement by setting goals in accordance with the context of the organisation, stakeholder requirements, identified risks, expert knowledge and market needs

The SAMPLE CONTROL Laboratory has established, applied and maintained a management system adapted to its activities in such a way as to document its policy, systems and programs in order to ensure the quality of operations. The Laboratory obliges all employees to apply the Quality Policy and the prescribed management system procedures in their work. The SAMPLE CONTROL Laboratory Management commits to good professional practice and quality testing when providing services to clients in accordance with the established methods, stakeholder requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements and the requirements of ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 standards.
