Complaints procedure

Dear Clients,

 

If you have any objections to the work of our laboratory, please send us a complaint by filling out the complaint form. We will review and investigate each complaint and decide what actions should be taken to address the identified deficiency. Users of our services will be informed as soon as possible about the course of handling the complaint, and they will be provided information about the outcome of the complaint until the final decision is accepted by the complainant.
